We aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our return/refund guidelines.

3.1 Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Returns are only accepted for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged item

  • Manufacturing defect

3.2 How to Request a Return

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue details.

• Share photos/videos if the item is damaged.

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

  • Or as agreed on case basis

• Refunds may take up to 7 working days.

3.4 Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Items without original packaging

• Customized or clearance items
